Submission of Application Form

Duly filled in application form

can be submitted to us through the following process.

  1. In person at our school office.
  2. via registered post / courier.

Application form should accompany the following documents (as applicable)

– Birth Certificate (copy)

– Transfer Certificate / school records for the past 2 years (copy)

– 6 passport sized photographs

–child medical history if anything important

 

An interview with the Principal / Head of the Institution.
